The H&R Block software has a context-sensitive "jump" feature that lets you go directly to any form that carries information to or from the calculated or carried field in which the cursor is positioned.
Click the Show Form button, and then click the Whole Form button to display the whole form.
Move the cursor to a calculated or carried field.
From the Forms menu, choose Jump to Related (or press Ctrl+J).
Select an entry or form from the list and click Go There. The program opens the related form and moves the cursor to the related field.
Click the Recent Forms button at the top of the Form. The Recent Forms List dialog box displays.
Select the original form from the list and click Open Form.
From the Forms menu, select Open Forms.
Click on the Federal tab or state tab (for example, New York) and double-click the form you want to open.
Note: The program displays a state tab only if you have started a tax return for that state.
Move the cursor to a calculated or carried field and right-click.
Select Jump to Related from the menu.
Select an entry or form from the list and click Go There. The program opens the related form and moves the cursor to the related field.
Click the Recent Forms button at the top of Forms Central. The Recent Forms List dialog box displays.
Select the original form from the list and click Open Form.
