When you installed Windows on your system, you also installed the printer drivers for the printers attached to your system (or to another system from which you print). If you have been using any other Windows application, your current printer selection should be fine and should automatically work with the program.
If you have more than one printer available to your system, you might have to select a printer before you print from the program.
From the File menu, choose Print Setup. The Windows Print Setup dialog box opens.
Select the printer you want to use.
Click the OK button.
For more information about printing from Windows, see your Windows manual.
Note: If you want to change the current printer or print setup, choose Print Setup from the File menu. If you make changes from the Windows Print Manager or Control Panel, the tax software might not recognize the changes. If you want to use the Windows Print Manager or Control Panel to change the default printer or print setup, close the program, make the changes, then start the tax software again.
