Open the itemized list you want to remove.
Click the Clear List button at the bottom of the Itemized List tab to remove all entries. To restore the entries in the itemized list, press the Cancel button on the bottom of the Itemized List tab.
To continue deleting the itemized list, click OK. The program tells you the list has no records and asks you if you want to delete it.
Click Yes to delete the itemized list, or click No to cancel the deletion.
If you select No, the entries in the itemized list are cleared. If you select Yes, the program displays a warning that you are about to permanently remove this itemized list.
Click OK to delete it, or click Cancel to cancel the deletion of the list.
Click OK to close the Itemized List tab and carry the total to the current entry field.
The itemized list indicator (=) appears in the field when you move the cursor to another field.
Click the Print button on the Itemized List tab.
